"....One of the loveliest things in the exhibit is Apple Blossoms by Robert Strong Woodward. It is breath-taking in its quality of profuse delicacy, if one may be permitted the paradox. The very fragrance of the orchard is there. Amazing to secure such an effect without any touch of sentimentality and with such freedom and breadth of stroke....."
