The 2011 Buckland Historical Society - Robert Strong Woodward Calendar is now available.

This beautiful 12 page calendar features a different Robert Strong Woodward painting or chalk drawing for each month. This year, all of the images feature New England landscapes. It features The Golden Slope, a painting that hung in the home of stage and screen actress Beulah Bondi. She was a close friend of Robert Strong Woodward, and was famous for her roles in "It's a Wonderful Life," "Our Town," "Mr. Smith Goes to Washington," and the television series "The Waltons." This is your chance to hang some of Robert Strong Woodward's artwork in your home for just $20.00

All profits from the sale of the calendar benefit the Buckland Historical Society and will help defray costs for the upkeep and repair of two 1775 buildings and their artifacts.
