This is the "Cover Letter" page to a transcribed letter Woodward wrote to J.H. Miller regarding the request by G.W.V. Smith to accept a price of $450.00 for Under the Winter Moon. which Woodward passionately but politely refuses. J.H. Miller apparently had RSW's letter typed up and sent to G.W.V. Smith.

What cannot be gleened from the following letters is that RSW already accepted the purchase price of $250.00 for Through the Hills in May, nearly half the listed price. Continued on next page...
