Notes:
This painting came up for auction at the William Doyle galleries on May 20, 1998,  and sold for $1840.00.   It was later sold again at Jackson's in Cedar Falls,  Iowa, on June 23, 2001 for $3500.00.  It was probably painted about 1920.  The detailed diary of Woodward's paintings was written starting in about 1940 and was done from memory.   Many of the early paintings were not documented.
